On the other hand, Bordeaux's wines and sweet wines have had a very large year, comparable to 2007, or sometimes exceeding this mythical vintage. The southern and southeastern regions also experienced difficulties but eventually favorable climatic conditions. The vineyards of Burgundy have had a complex year, but the quality of the wines is undeniable and homogeneous in the Rhône and Beaujolais, very close to that of 2009.
